i went to a marketing workshop tonight and here are some of the phrases i was subjected to:

1. find your "ooh-aah" factor
2. the three f's: follow up, follow up, follow up
3. you have to plant the seed before it can grow

ugh. i kind of hate that shit, but i did learn some good stuff that i can use for Cutting Ball.
